My family had been looking for a home together for some time. When viewing a newly built house in Flat Bush, we explained to Kenneth what our needs were. He immediately said he knew of just the right house - follow him! We did and found a fabulous house which we have now moved into and are loving very much. Kenneth was knowledgeable about the features of the houses available in the area and facilitated the offer negotiations in a professional manner. He was always cheerful and friendly - a pleasure to deal with. Kenneth also worked closely with Victor Guan and they made a great team!

Victor was very knowledgeable about the features of the house (which are many). He provided excellent communication between the vendor and us at all times. Victor helped us with identifying things that needed to be fixed before settlement. He was very accommodating when we wanted to view the house again with family on more than one occasion. Victor is an honest and experienced real estate agent. Thank you Victor!
