Ken was amazing! Although he worked for the vendor, the things he did for us as buyers was nothing short of amazing. When we went unconditional, Ken was a big help with trying to sort power connected, internet and the water. he waited 2hrs at the property to ensure power was connected for our pre-settlement inspection which we don’t think an agent would normally do.
