I couldn't have asked for a better agent to market and sell my property. It was my first time selling a property and Nas helped me navigate the details of the process - from what price to sell at, the marketing strategy, open homes, liaising with the tenant, until he found THE one. He was very clear and concise in his communication, and highly professional. Before talking to any agent, I have done my own research and know the situation of the market and my expectations are set. So at our first conversation, I was glad he confirmed what I know and didn't paint a different picture just to get the chance to market the property. This defined the rest of our numerous conversation - he gave informative but grounded updates; if I need to make a decision, he gave all the information I need to make a sound decision. And through it all, he was the epitome of professionalism - he did what he said and when he will do it. He worked hard to get me the result I wanted in the most timely manner. He went above and beyond what is required of him and for which I am truly grateful. I don't normally do reviews but Nas deserved this one. If you are looking for someone who will work hard to get you the result you want, I cannot recommend Nas highly enough.
