I asked Matt to sell mum’s property as I had known him from my school days and he had always been a kind and genuine person who I felt I could trust. Matt said he would treat me the same as he would any other vendor. After working with him selling mum’s house and then 2 subsequent properties, I was absolutely blown away by the enormous effort Matt put into each sale. I believe without a doubt that if anyone was looking for a house in the area they would definitely have known about the properties with advertising in The Press newspaper, the Property Press, social media, multiple online property websites, brochures and also letterbox drops. Matt worked all hours of the day, night and weekends to ensure every single lead was followed up. He was more than happy to work with other real estate agencies that may have an interested buyer. As I lived out of town he met with cleaners, tradespeople, removal people & gardeners at the properties as I wasn’t able to, and this made the whole process so easy for me. The price I got for the properties was far beyond anything I had expected and I do believe this was down to Matt’s hard work, his very approachable manner and his negotiating skills. I understand what a big decision it can be selling a property and selecting the right real estate agent, however I would thoroughly recommend Matt to anyone that wants the very best outcome from their sale.
