Alan is a very friendly and knowledgeable realtor. We looked at several realtors before signing with Alan, as soon as we met him we were put at ease that we found the right person to sell our home for top dollar. He was the only realtor that appreciated the effort, detail and time we put into our house renovations and marketed it accordingly. Whole process was easy and he is such a lovely person to both the seller and buyer. I would highly recommend.

Nicole was from the first time I contacted her very efficient to organize a view for me before the open home.  I fell in love with the house and she was very professional and honest to give me all the information required to make my final decision to present an offer.   From there all the negotiation has been very easy and quick.  I recommended using her service because she is not only  professional and knows what she is doing. She will make that big stressful time very easy going for the vendor and the buyer.  I think her empathy help her to be and Amazing Agent.

We are so grateful to have had Nicole cross our path and sell our mothers home. It was a very emotional time for us, a big family home, mum had been in for 20 years plus, lots of family memories. I was renovating & selling a property from the UK which wasn't without its challenges. I cannot imagine how difficult the whole process would have been without Barry. He was the epitome of calm, measured, efficient, helpful throughout. I was also struck by Barry's integrity. I never felt pushed or led. Instead, Barry always laid out my options with care and transparency and left the decision-making to me. He filled in so many spaces too - arranging quotes, overseeing the installation of a new heating system, assisting solicitors on both sides, just over and above. I couldn't recommend Barry more highly. I met his partner, Nicole, at the very beginning and interacted with her by email on numerous occasions.
