Mehul has been extremely helpful throughout our process. Initially we met at an open home and he helped us make an offer on another agent's property, getting out home ready for market and then subsequently managing the transition from selling to buying when one property fell through. He has been instrumental in keeping us calm and informed, providing insights and recommendations throughout. One of the most standout experiences was being able to send him an address virtually anywhere in Auckland and receive back an appraisal not only of the property, but also the surrounding area, followed by other nearby recommendations. Mehul is an agent who knows not only their neighbourhood, but their city. Whilst selling and buying a house is not an endeavour to take on lightly, when we eventually next sell our house, Mehul will be our first phone call. We have already recommended him to friends and family and we know they would be in safe hands.

Working with Mehul was a good experience overall. He was responsive and kept communication clear throughout the process. As a buyer, I appreciated that he followed up regularly and ensured that the process moved forward without unnecessary delays. There were some items identified in the building report, and Mehul coordinated with the vendor to address key concerns such as roof repairs, CCTV inspection. he was open to discussion and helped facilitate a fair outcome between both parties. He maintained a professional approach and was willing to engage in negotiations when required. Overall, I found him to be easy to deal with and supportive throughout the transaction.
