Jamie is a lovely agent to deal with. As well as her nice personality she is very professional in dealing with the sale of your property. I would highly recommended her to any seller or purchaser of a property in Kensington Park. She has been working at Kensington as an agent for the time I was there & she remembers your name which is a nice in a complex the size of Kensington. Jamie informed me if she was having an open home, gives you ideas how to set out your property & if a casual buyer arrived she would ring & see if it was convenient for them to come through. She sold my apartment in 2 weeks I think it was & for an agreeable amount. She also shows them the facilities before she brings them through, the pool, sauna, coffee lounge & meals, the beautiful bush & the birds singing. The other flower gardens around the complex & the bush walk across the bridge for walkers to the beach underground. For those that are not as stable there is easy walking around Kensington.
