Jacinta was very helpful with selling our home of 46 years. Despite the market right now being a Buyers Market Jacinta worked hard to find a buyer for our home. It took longer than usual to sell our home but Jacinta found a buyer for us and we are very happy with the help she gave to us

Sheila was a great fit for us. She was so easy to communicate with and had very down to earth nature which is important to us. She was very professional and had a great understanding of our expectations. Unfortunately for us the market had just dropped in Auckland when we were ready to sell but Sheila still obtained a really good price for us.

Jacinta has been outstanding in assisting us to market and sell our property. We have worked happily with Jacinta before, so naturally we chose her to sell this time around. Jacinta has always been honest, friendly and open, which means we have simply allowed her and her team to get on with what they do best. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jacinta and her team in helping anyone to market their home!

Having an all female agency felt a great fit for me. Jacinta and Shelia were a fantastic team and together made navigating the buying and selling of old home/ new home as easy as they could. I can't recommend One Agency highly enough! And I got a great price!

Shelia ws such a joy to work with. There was nothing too small or too big that I couldn't get advise or help with. Always professional but in a warm, caring manner that never failed to put me at ease. Shelia also put as much effort into my buying a new home as she did with my selling. And all this in a Level 3 lockdown. Thank you Shelia for getting such a great price too!

I have been looking for a house to buy over the past few months. Sheila Hunniford has shown me a number of properties and kept me informed when new listings which may be suitable for me have come available. I found Sheila to be bright, personable and easy to talk to. She lives and works in the Mangere Bridge area, knows the area well and has great contacts within the community. Sheila made the whole process effortless, was flexible and willing with appointment times, patient with my ever changing criteria, answered all my calls and emails promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. She was careful with the contracts and information given out and while her manner is not pushy in any way she follows up and works hard to complete the sale. I would recommend Sheila to anyone looking to buy or sell and would be happy to work with her again.
