Amanda was very responsive and professional in our interactions. We were excited about the house we wanted to buy and Amanda (and the vendors of course) made the purchase process very quick and easy. We are delighted with the outcome and have no hesitation recommending Amanda.

Amanda kept great communication with us. She worked super hard to make the deal work. It was quite complicated for a while, but Amanda sorted us through. Great job. Super pleased we can move on to our new project.

Amanda is a very capable agent. Energetic and hard working with an appealing demeanour. Her enthusiasm and optimism are high points of her skill set and they very much must contribute to her successes. We as vendors have no criticism of her in any way, but instead high praise.

He knows his knowledge on the market and area well and has always acted professionally with plenty of communication on prospective buyers and what would help sell. Had kept me well informed during the whole process with potential buyers and been very supportive and helpful with answers to my questions.

I couldn’t have been happier with having David as my agent. He had excellent customer service, was super easy to work with and worked really hard to meet my wishes around selling my house. He went above and beyond and made the process so much less stressful. I would recommend him to anyone!

Looking ahead to retirement, Taupo became our location of choice where we had been married 49 years previously. As good fortune would have it we worked closely with Chris and Nikki Hayden to find the home of our choice. We were fussy, so it became an arduous task, but Chris and Nikki stayed with us for the whole journey and after six months we settled on where our future would be. We are and always will be most grateful to Chris and Nikki as they took to heart what we were after, also knowing that we would become the school holiday programme for our grandchildren. We are very happy with our purchase and the location with Taupo that we settled on. Chris snd Nikki have visited us on a couple of occasions to see how we have put our own touches to our new home. This follow up we believe is also important, as it demonstrates to Chris and Nikki how pleased and happy we are. Karen and I would not hesitate to suggest Chris and Nikki to other prospective buyers.

To whom it may concern, I recently engaged Chris and Nikki Hayden from Tremains Real Estate Agency to sell a house in Taupo owned by my family trust. Their marketing was thorough and superb. The property sold very quickly for more than the expected value. The process was smooth, very professional, and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris and Nikki and wish them all the best. Kind regards, Tim Coulter.
