I found Benedict and Husk to be incredibly professional and supportive through what was a less than straight forward purchase. Communication was fabulous with regular calls to check in on how I was going with the process, this was greatly appreciated. Purchasing to relocate meant I was working remotely but Husk liaised with all of my trades and service providers to ensure we could tick all the boxes on time with ease. On my day of arrival into Taupo Husk and Benedict came to meet me with a beautiful gift and wanted to check in that all was well. They even had a handyman ready to go for all my odd jobs I needed to get done immediately and ongoing. I have felt incredibly supported and welcome, buying a house on my own in another city was a monumental task and I never once felt on my own. In a time of urgent need we hit the jackpot with Dale. We felt terrible disturbing her break over-seas but she went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of. Dale was caring and obliging. We really did not have to worry about a thing. Dale was a great mouthpiece between us the buyer, and the home-owner. I want to invite her back for a cuppa once the new curtains for the big doors were installed but we are still waiting for the material. Will let you know soon Dale. Thanks for everything. :)
