Even though it took a while to finally sell it was all related to the market at the time

My partner and I were absolute first timers but when we spoke to Lisa, she clarified and explained the process to us & we were confident to things moving. By the next day, we were putting in an offer & the rest is history. We went unconditional a few days ago & we move in to our beautiful home in a few weeks! Best in Agent in Pokeno
Lisa was upfront with great communication from the start. We have had agents try to "buy" our listing previously so did our market homework and her estimate, but more importantly, the selling price was spot on. We looked at 3 agents up front, but we so happy we chose Lisa and would highly recommend her in the Pokeno area.
