Nothing was too much trouble
Della has been amazing throughout this entire process. She kept in touch to ensure we were informed and updated along the way. Della helped us find information about the RV and LIM. There was no question or query we had that she didn't address and resolve straight away. She was always more than happy to help.

Fantastic result
Fantastic result. Four days and we had an offer on the table. Tammy managed all the processes, kept us in the loop and worked with both the buyer and seller to keep everyone in the loop. It was nice to receive a text that our buyers had successfully moved into their new home. Very personable

Friendly and very patient
Della has been lovely to work with. Always easy to talk to and answer my questions. She kept in touch often by text/calls with me and my daughter, working through my purchase. It was a very stressful time for me as I was also selling, but Della's patience, knowledge and friendliness made me feel very special. I love my new home and am looking forward to settling in Ashburton. I hope this is my forever home, but if I have to do it again, I will be sure to call Della and recommend her to others
