Joy Burbidge's marketing flair included her placing her own display items, pot plants, wall hangings, framed pictures, flowers, in and around my unit that was completely devoid of furnishings, thus bringing "life" to the place. She obviously related well with the "Open home" visitors and advised me of issues that were concerning them. We agreed on simple improvements and she delayed her marketing strategies allowing for time to implement remedies.
