Cherry goes above and beyond her job. She has a heart for people that means caring deeply for a satisfactory outcome for all involved. The process was made stress free and easy because Cherry took any burden upon herself while we were away overseas. For Cherry this is not just a job it's a way of life. Thoroughly recommend.

We were very happy working with Team Stevens, who were really professional and knowledgeable. They showed their worth in helping to sell our house at a time when there were record amounts of houses for sale, helping us to stand out and match a buyer. We have also worked with Mel in the past and find her great to deal with. For excellent value for money and a quality service we wouldn't look any further than Team Stevens.
Team Stevens
Mel and Rebecca are always trusted in finding the right buyer. We can just trust the process, even when selling a specific property in a supposedly challenging market. Great people to have on our team with exceptional market knowledge.

I have been in the Auckland property market for 50 years and New Plymouth is entirely different. Mel presented my early offer and followed through, arranging necessary repairs before settlement. Very happy to work with Mel again.

Knew what was needed in the market, understood the market and recommended how to get the best results for us. Good advice about staging of a plain house which made a huge difference to presentation in our opinion. It elevated our home to a high standard in print and person which gave us an excellent result. Very accommodating to our needs, absolutely fantastic communication, timely information and a low stress process. Thankyou!

Rebecca went over and above the normal to sell our family home. With three families involved she was quick at communicating with each and satisfied each families specific needs. I appreciated her responsive needs to both us and our buyers. The house sold in two weeks and I know she played a huge part in making it all work - fantastic job well done💕
