Tawny is the Epitome of Brilliant
Tawny has been absolutely brilliant. Truly. She came prepared to our first meeting, and we knew she was the agent for us. Her communication, tips, patience and just general loveliness while also being professional has been very much appreciated. We'd happily use her as our agent again. We never intend on having to buy and sell again though, so we'll just recommend you to others instead!

Professional and great team
We'd happily recommend Tawny and her working partner Stacey to anyone looking to sell their home. We were very impressed with the prompt, professional service and helpful tips along the way. Absolutely amazing experience
Me and my partner brought our first home and Tawny truely made the experience easy straight forward and was always quick replies and happy to helps us anytime as first home buyer with not much experience with any of the dealings that go with buying a home we felt looked after under the care of Tawny. Professional and concientious
Cherry demonsrated the very highest standard of professionalism. For example her communication was clear, concise and unambiguous. Her technical and legal knowledge was first rate. Furthermore, Cherry dealt with the facts and the often difficult reality of selling a house. In addition, Cherry was low on emotive hard sell and strong on the process, planning and knowledge of the property market. Notwithstanding, Cherry was very aware of the stress and worry that I faced, and as most sellers and buying suffer through. Cherry expertly managed the often competing feelings of high hopes and the practical reality of a uncertain and challenging undertaking. Cherry has able to implement and navigate a clear and straight forward plan and strategy to maximise our properties's potential. Cherry managed expectations intelligently and carefully. To sum up I found Cherry efficient, obviously experienced, direct, forthright, hard working and most of all encouraging, suportive and confident. And in conclusion Cherry achieved a great result, quickly. Very well done.

To whom it may concern Cherry Holden was recommended to us from a friend who had Cherry to sell their rental home.They were impressed by her step by step thorough procedure explaining as their sale progressed to a very happy conclusion. Consequently we engaged Cherry to sell our house. We were not disappointed,pretty soon we had advice as to how she thought how the house should be presented, garden and building wise.
