The perfect choice!
From my first meeting with Mel and Rebecca of Team Stevens I found them exceptionally helpful with advice on presentation, the proposed marketing plan, advertising options, the best photography/video conditions and then the optimum time to start the process. I was happy to have Open Homes and these occurred as often as I chose. The feedback from these was always comprehensive and informative. I felt very comfortable that everything possible was carried out to get the best result. I couldn't have been more impressed or appreciative of the level of commitment and the efforts made - especially at a time when market conditions were changing over a very short period. I can highly recommend both Mel and Rebecca with confidence as very experienced, hugely competent agents with a comprehensive knowledge of real estate matters alongside a total commitment to getting the best possible outcome for vendors. Their enthusiasm and personalities made it an absolute pleasure to work with them. The ultimate professionals!

Really professional and an absolute pleasure to work with!
As a couple we really appreciated Cherry's professionalism, yet friendly & approachable manner in managing the sale of our home recently. We found Cherry to be very well prepared & knowledgeable across all areas of the marketing and sale processes and that gave us the upmost faith in our dealings with her. Simply the best!
Melanie’s market knowledge was out of this world, communication was very professional and understood the buyers needs well. Positive, informative - successful sale
