Selling my family home of 29 years was a big deal, both emotionally and practically. Abbey was brilliant. I live out of town so never met Abbey in person but she was excellent at keeping us up to date with the sale process. Got emails regularly & texts. And in the end we got a good result & I think she handled everything perfectly. We took her advice on all aspects of the sale. We was also very good at helping us complete all the forms & get all the signatories ( & patient!.)

Great experience with Abbey & Richard. They provided really good advice, calling on their market knowledge/ experience and are motivated/ driven to get a good result for the vendor. Feedback/ communication was excellent with regular updates and discussions re progress. In spite of the market disruptions created via the changes in taxation treatment of properties the week of our auction (April 2021) Abbey & Richard were able to generate a sale at a price we were very happy with.
