I got in touch with Abbey to sell a property in Auckland when I was living in Wellington. I had hoped to travel up and manage the tidy up and presentation of a house that had been rented out that I wanted to sell. Covid-19 put paid to any idea of me being able to travel to Auckland but Abbey came to the rescue and organised everything - cleaners, painters, gardeners, staging - all sorted. The place looked fabulous. Abbey kept me appraised of how things were going and she was relentless in showing groups through during level 3 (so no open homes were allowed only small viewings). The whole process was very straightforward, super professional and resulted in an exciting and fabulous auction outcome. I was also pleased the the purchaser was so enthusiastic about the place as well - it felt like a really positive outcome for everyone.
