I first met Julie Rodgers when my Mother and partner were first purchasing 8 Logan Place Waiuku in 2017. Julie is very intuitive to clients needs, whether helping someone purchase or sell a property. We had no hesitation in calling on her to sell the same property in 2021. She has a warm, friendly open manner which makes you feel confident and secure and one never doubts her honesty. This trusting environment is so important to be created from the get go when dealing with selling and purchasing property.
