Sue was fantastic.
I worked with Sue for both the purchase and sale of my property in Henderson Bay. As an American who is not so familiar with NZ real estate procedures and regulations, I greatly appreciated Sue's deep knowledge, trustworthiness, and diligence as I was making some big financial decisions. Even more, Sue is an extremely pleasant person and also went above and beyond to provide personalized services, ensuring the property was maintained in good condition and helping to sell a number of my household assets. I strongly recommend Sue for anyone looking for a fantastic real estate agent.

Exactly what I expected from an experienced, knowledgeable, customer-centric professional.
Mr Ponsonby has a great understanding of the Kaitaia and environs market. He applies a mixture of local knowledge with overall market trends and adds guidance as required, often despite my (I guess) seller's anxiety. Communication met my expectations and the negotiation process was handled with an emphasis on caring for us, rather than the commission. I would happily use Gerard in any future property transactions.

Excellent sales agent
After Carla sold our first property so efficiently and promptly we had no hesitation in placing our other investment property through Carla to sell. Carla’s knowledge of the local market is excellent and we loved Carla’s straight to the point attitude we always knew what was happening with our property - communication with us in Australia was terrific.
