Highly recommended
We highly recommend Shaun. Selling a home from overseas can add an extra layer of complexity, but Shaun made the entire process seamless and worry free. From the very beginning Shaun was incredibly organised, he kept us fully informed throughout every stage and explained everything very clearly to us at every point. We marketed the property as a set date of sale and the property was under offer within this time frame. If you are looking for a real estate agent that will work hard for you and get you a great result, we would without any hesitation recommend Shaun.

Quick turnaround and great communication
Shaun was recommended to us by and he was quick and efficient to have a review of our property on the first meeting. After we signed with him everything was super easy and organised with thorough communication all throughout the process. His associate Ella is amazing always happy to answer questions and ensured we were kept informed. We went live with advertising at the start of November and the house was unconditional at the end of November. This was an amazing outcome as we had already put a conditional offer on a new place. Overall our experience could not have been better and would 100% recommend Shaun and the team.

Effortless and successful
We went to Anna to sell our Hobsonville property because of the experience we had with her when she sold it to us in the first place! She has made the process incredibly easy and has given us excellent advice over the entire process. We got the price we wanted with no complications, and had an offer in days after the first open home due to her network. No question, if you are selling in Hobsonville she's the person to go to.

Authentically Geoff
Geoff Polglase is a bit different from some other real estate agents. He's authentically himself - engaging and chatty but not pushy. He builds trust through connecting with you and understanding what's important to you. We've had multiple interactions with Geoff at various different hours of the day / evening to do our due diligence and complete a successful purchase on a property he's been marketing. If we were selling (we're not), we'd happily engage Geoff to market our property.
