Best Real Estate Agent
After having a very negative experience in 2020 with a different agent we were a little conflicted about using an agent again this time around and considered selling it ourselves. However leading up to putting the house on the market we heard so much great feedback about Anna skills from others in the area we decided to at least meet up and see if it would be better to use a professional agent. It wasn't the first time I had spoken with Anna as we had seen her at a couple of local community events she supported . Once we got the ball rolling Anna and her team were the polar opposite of the other agent and we soon felt confident she had the best team to promote and sell our house. We said yes to all of her suggestions and marketing options trusting in the process and her knowledge which led to our house getting a great pre-auction offer signed within 6 days of our house being listed. I would not hessite in recommending Anna and Team Byron to friends and family in the future.

Sale and Purchase
Our journey with Shaun started no doubt like many with a property appraisal. At the time we were in the process of preparing our property for market but were still a way off being ready. Shaun stayed in regular contact and we warmed to his friendly yet professional manner. Eventually we listed the property and placed our home is Shaun's care to market. The marketing campaign was slick and captured the features of our home so beautifully. From the first open home through to signing the sales and purchase agreement we always felt assured of an outcome that we would be happy with. With the sale completed we then faced the prospect of finding a new home. We had been looking for a while and like many felt weary of any potential negotiating process. Shaun offered to help in this regard and within a matter of 10 days we were successfully signed and unconditional with the purchase of our next home. We would not hesitate in recommending Shaun as your agent.

In a class of his own
From the first time we met Shaun, it was obvious he brings a different attitude and mindset towards his role than most agents. His approach is singularly focused on what you want to achieve, and how best to achieve that - the difference between customer service and 'sales'. The whole process was extremely smooth, and the final outcome was actually significantly better than the high end of our estimates. Could not be any happier with our decision to appoint Shaun, and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an agent in the North-West area.
