We looked at a number of different agents and decided after careful deliberation on Anna and Team Byron. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to you, she was exceptionally professional and communicated extremely well in what was a complex sale. This can best be described by feeling like I never had to ring her as she was always one step ahead of me and would contact me first. If you are looking to sell in Hobsonville I would only look at one agent “Anna”

Anna made the purchase of our new property seamless. She provided all the information we needed to enable us to make an offer which was accepted by the vendor. Thank you Team Bryon. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to others.

I feel really lucky to have worked with Shaun. This was the first time I’d sold a house alone and he was more than happy to take the time to explain everything, no matter how small the question was. He put my mind at ease when it came to selling at auction and keep me updated along the way. I never felt like I was a burden as a first time seller. Communication is top notch! He also got me a great result quickly after listing! If you want someone that will work hard to produce a great result and make it an enjoyable process, Shaun is your guy.

Shaun did everything in his power to sell our apartment. In the end it came to a time crunch and he pulled through using every resource he had. Truely fights to get you the best outcome possible. Amazing thing as well is he is such a friendly nice guy we have got a friend out of the interaction as well. Put your trust in Shaun and you won’t be let down.

Shaun sold our apartment extremely quickly with a mind blowing price. He delivered a sale that was really above our expectations. We were out of breath how quickly it was sold but at a price that we could never had imagined. There are no words but to say thank you for selling our apartment with such ease. Shaun is the type of person who is committed delivering results without compromise and we have seen this through the sale of our apartment. If you are an owner looking for an agent which demonstrates results, integrity, highly effective communicator with the most outstanding marketing skills Shaun is your agent to list your home with. Shaun also comes across to us not like an agent but someone who is trust worthy and always has your best interests at heart. Warm regards, Charly & Elizabeth

My dad did the main communication with the team but from my experience they were very professional, timely, great communication and very thoughtful when they went out their way to drop off (social distanced) some congratulatory flowers and goodies during lockdown.
