We are thrilled with all the help, expertise, willingness of Team Byron. Anna, Rebecca and Gill have always gone out of their way to get the deal across the line. We had what we thought was our dream house all lined up with them but unfortunately couldn't sell ours in time to go unconditional. We were so disappointed. They said to us we will keep looking and find something. Then an even better house came available and they have worked their magic for us. Their knowledge of the area is great, looked into the loop holes for us and got answers to tricky questions regarding the properties requirements. This has all been done in 10 days which is amazing and we can now relax and enjoy a great Christmas before seriously getting into the pack up. Thank you so much Team Byron

Great communicator & extremely professional.
We had the pleasure of getting Shaun to look after the sale of our beloved home as well as a purchase of a new one. Not only is he a great communicator, he also takes the time to explain things in a language we understand, unlike some agents who overwhelm you with jargon & technical stuff. He also managed difficult situations with patience & professionalism. Highly recommended. p.s. he also makes mean pizzas!

Wouldn’t have wanted anyone else!
Shaun was such a wonderful agent who was always extremely professional and honest throughout the process. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart and was selling the home as if it was his own. Despite tough conditions he never gave up and didn’t put pressure on me to drop the price. He had excellent knowledge of the market and what was best for my sale. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else on the job!
