Howard is a great agent, unlike some who are just trying to make a deal or push you into something, he genuinely cares even after the sale has been made. Would 100% recommend him whether it be for a 100k apartment or 10M house.

I think Tanya and Danika are just wonderful
I think Tanya and Danika are just wonderful. They have worked alongside me for months assisting me every step of the way getting my house market-ready. They were kind and professional and the house sold for way above my reserve at auction. I highly recommend this Dynamic duo who I fondly call "Danya"! We had so many laughs and fun along the way. Their Wing men Bryan and Their wingmen Bryan and Nick were outstanding. Great Teamwork!

What a fire cracker!
Tanya brought a high degree of energy, a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the property and self belief in her ability to sell at the price required. She has a keen eye for the best points to highlight and a high degree of artistic ability shows in all presentations. Got the job done
Howard used to work for my rental management company. He approached me with an offer from a buyer. He assured me that the offer they made was generous and advised me to accept. I counter offered at an increase of $20,000. He appeared reluctant to present the counter offer, but did so. The buyer accepted my offer. Howard knows his stuff but I felt that he was working for the buyer rather than for me, yet I got to pay for his services.
