John is a gentleman and he comes from UAE - as we did in 1989 - into NZ! Pretty tenacious character when it comes to attention for details. Stonefield is his forte and I fondly refer him as the "King of Stonefield" due to the excellent knowledge of the Suburb. Ross was an incredible agent for our family whilst selling our high end home in Parnell. He has decades of experience in Real Estate so his contacts and knowledge of the market was second to none. Tanya has been very committed to our sale from day one. She's super genuine, always available to help and generous with her time, expertise and support. She's charming and warm and this goes a long way at the open homes. She did a great job adding staging elements to our house free of charge as well. It's a tough market right now and while we didn't get what we wanted, it was not bad under the circumstances. Would use her and Bryan again for sure.

Met Andrew at a Parnell property 2 years ago and despite that deal not going through we kept in contact because I felt he would be the agent for my own property. There's a lot of agents around and so choosing one is not an easy task. Andrew and the team did a great job in giving me advice on marketing staging etc to ensure I have the best chance of selling in what is a depressed market. The result is that we had significant number of groups through our open homes. The team made selling the house a very fun and positive experience.
