Jonathan was amazing after the first sale fell over through no fault of anyone but the initial purchaser. He jump straight back into it and secured a sale very quickly. Great communication and excellent attention to detail. Would happily recommend him without reserve and will definitely use Jonathan again if we sell or buy in the future.

Josh and Laura Wrightson spent considerable time to listen to my reasons for moving and my expectations for the process of the sale. They addressed the initial costing of my property with a clear, easy to follow and comprehensive report. Once they were selected as my sales agent they provided a number of scenarios for the process of the sale. Josh kept me clearly updated regularly on the progress of an unusual negotiation. I found both Josh and Laura to be totally professional in their efforts to secure the sale, whilst maintaining a friendly and personable ease of contact. I have no hesitation in recommending Josh Wrightson as a skilled professional, with an ability to share his market knowledge and demonstrate his ability to listen to and act on his clients concerns.

Josh and Laura Wrightson went above and beyond throughout the entire process of selling my property in Ramarama. As I was overseas for the duration of the sale, I relied heavily on them to manage everything on my behalf, and they exceeded all expectations. From organising professional photography to even assisting with lawn mowing and presentation of the property, nothing was ever too much trouble. Their communication was exceptional from start to finish, keeping me informed and confident every step of the way. Their market knowledge, professionalism, and realistic approach to meeting the market ultimately helped achieve a positive outcome, and I genuinely could not have done it without them. I would highly recommend Josh and Laura to anyone looking to buy or sell property. If you are considering selling, do not hesitate to reach out to them for an initial conversation.

Josh and Laura were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of selling our home. They picked up our listing from another agent and made the whole experience feel so much easier and less stressful from the start. They were always super friendly, honest, fair, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Whenever we were unsure about anything, they were supportive, patient, and took the time to guide us through the process with genuine care and professionalism. We truly couldn’t have asked for better agents and are so grateful for everything they did for us. I would absolutely give them a 5-star rating and would 100% use them again in the future, in fact, we plan to when buying our next home! Highly recommend Josh and Laura to anyone looking for trustworthy, hardworking, and supportive agents.

Josh was very honest and helpful with us when we were looking to purchase a property. We were unfamiliar with the area so his local knowledge was very helpful for us .He made the whole process very comfortable and his communication was first class.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of the current market across the surrounding areas, not just limited to our specific location. Communication and negotiation were clear, and efficient, with unnecessary complexity avoided. Very professional and approachable, making them easy to work with.

Selling our home was a huge milestone, and the entire experience was made so much easier thanks to the incredible professionalism, energy, and communication throughout the process. From day one, I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Every question was answered quickly, updates were constant, and the whole journey felt smooth and stress-free because of the effort and dedication put in behind the scenes. What really stood out was the compassion and personal care shown during every stage of the sale. It never felt transactional — it felt like working with someone who genuinely wanted the best possible outcome for us.
