We recently sold our home with Josh, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. In a tough market, he not only secured a great price for us but also guided us through every step of the process when we had no idea what to do. His knowledge, patience, and communication made all the difference, ensuring we felt confident and informed throughout. Josh went above and beyond to make the sale as smooth as possible, always available to answer our questions and provide expert advice. Could not recommend him enough

From day 1 - Gemma and Anthony made a fair assessment of our property, advised us of best use of our upgrade budget and went straight to work with marketing and open homes (even right up to Xmas). In a tough market they then secured multiple offers, working towards a fair outcome for both us and the buyer. to say we were please with their performance would be a gross understatement, Thanks heaps team Rowlinson.

I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience working with Josh & Laura, who successfully sold my home. They are exceptional agents who consistently demonstrated honesty, empathy, and dedication that went far beyond what I ever expected. Josh’s calm and reassuring demeanour turned stressful and unexpected moments into manageable ones, always offering a positive outlook without setting false expectations. Laura’s outstanding ability and experience to deliver solutions when we were confronted with challenges. What truly sets this team apart is their willingness to go the extra mile. No question was too trivial, and were always available to help me understand every step of the process. Their deep familiarity with the area, being a resident in the subdivision, provided invaluable insights into the local surroundings and community. Josh was really helpful and knowledgeable in the house and the area. As first home buyers he explained clearly the process. We had met a few real estate agents that were pushy and demanding but found Josh to be really patient and approachable.

The girls made our experience so smooth and easy, securing us a sale without even having to go to market which was so less stressful than having to go through the whole open homes process. We appreciated them going out of their way to make calls from home while off the clock to calms my nerves and settle my mind at night. Thanks team!
