Jonathan Ziesler where to start ….. 100% knows his stuff, we gave him a challenge in tough times within real estate earlier in the year, always kept us informed , always had ideas, nothing stopped him from trying or suggesting other ways to try and help sell our house, there’s a reason he is a number 1 salesperson in pukekohe Jonathan never gives up and will get the job done we can’t be more proud and happy having Jonathan sell our house A+++ in our books we would not recommend anyone else !

Selling a home in the current market is difficult. It took 9 months to sell my property. Over the 9 months Jonathan worked tirelessly to secure a sale. Open homes were held every week and every visitor to the open home contacted in the following days to determine their interest. Finally, he assisted the purchaser, who lived out of Auckland, with finding contractors who could carry out some landscaping changes to suit the purchaser's family. This extra work probably enables the sale to be completed at close to asking price.

Josh was great at showing us the property we went to see and alternative ones as we were looking at 2, potentially. He followed up every step of the way, and was in touch to make sure things were happening on a timely manner. We thank Josh for his help.

Right from the start, Jonathan made the process seem simple. His market knowledge was right on the mark and nothing was ever a problem. He gave great advice right the way through and always kept us appraised of feedback and interest from Open Homes and follow ups. He was excellent during negotiations and we were very happy with the result. We would recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to sell their property.

We found Jono very easy to communicate with right from his first visit ( the appraisal) he was honest and up front about what he thought our property could be worth on todays market and did not over inflate his figure just to get a listing like some do. We discussed what would be the best plan of attack for selling the property and he explained the ins and outs and pros and cons of each method. The sale process with Jono at the helm of several open homes and offers over a few weeks was very smooth and trouble free we would not hesitate to recommend Jono as an agent to anybody wanting to sell their property and would personally be using him again in the future
