From the beginning we were impressed with Chris (and Pete’s) marketing strategy. There was a clear plan around the best way to sell our property and regular communication. Chris and Pete gave good advice on staging our home and contact was made with everyone who went to the open homes - treating everyone as a potential buyer and done in a timely manner. The use of a video ultimately led to an out of town buyer purchasing our property. This was our first time buying a house and we had been looking for almost a year. Seeing house prices continually rise was becoming stressful. We were wanting to buy in a specific area of the city and when this house popped up I immediately knew it was the house for us. Chris arranged a viewing for us at short notice which we appreciated as the vendors were still preparing the house for the open home. Chris was very informative about the buying process which was helpful being first time buyers. Chris seemed very genuine and interested in helping us become home owners, we didn't feel like just another sale. We initially missed out on the house with our first offer, but when the settlement fell through for the other party Chris came back to us.
