We have just sold both a bare section and a section with a home through Graeme and Kerry's efforts. We are happy with the result and in fact when we were contemplating removing the section with the home from the market due to not achieving the anticipated result, Graeme went to additional lengths and within about twenty four hours had found a buyer who was prepared to pay an acceptable figure. I would certainly engage Graeme again should I be looking to buy or sell property in the Dunedin area.
