Excellent outcome in a tough market
We gave Cole the difficult task of selling our Pokeno home in the hardest market in years. We were impressed with his market knowledge, experience and enthusiasm towards his work. He was easy to work with and when we needed to move with the market Cole was always available to help make those changes. We would definitely recommend Cole for anyone considering selling their home. Excellent results
We were originally sold the house by Sandy, so she knew our house just as well as we did. Sandy sold our house exactly to schedule, meeting all expectations. This is a raving review - She's amazing!
As a general rule, I have a low trust of people in the customer service industries because they often do juuuust enough to get by and avoid a bad review. Well, Sandra blew me away. Sandra is at the other end of the spectrum. From the moment I found her she worked hard, and guided me at each step, until the house was sold. Even some nights calling me late into the night working things out with potential buyers. My next house purchase won't be in Auckland, and I'll be sad that Sandra can't be part of it. I'm super happy Sandra's work, and would 100% recommend her to anyone selling their house.

This was a very difficult time of the year to sell our house leading into Christmas and into the new year and Sandra rose to the challenge! if Sandra cant sell your house then no one can and for our house sale she certainly pulled out all the stops. Would recommend her to anyone wanting a top real estate agent.

Geraldine, you've been fantastic, thank you very much for all your efforts.
As this was our first property purchase we were very unaware of how the process works and how complicated things can be, particularly dealing with banks when trying to arrange your first mortgage. Geraldine was fantastic throughout the whole process. From arranging multiple viewings of the property prior to making an offer, keeping us regularly updated throughout the negotiations, introducing us to a very proactive mortgage broker, meeting building inspectors and valuers on our behalf, and obtaining extentions we needed in order to satisfy our finance condition. The process was a long and complex one due to our circumstances but we were able to finally go unconditional last week, and we cannot wait to move into our new home.
