Andrea was amazing! From day dot. The initial meet & greet was not planned at all but her aura and the passion that she has for her mahi and what she does just radiated. I learned so much on the journey to selling this property - which was my very first home. I appreciated knowing how Andrea worked - she was an open book! She explained the approach she was going to take and the reason why she chooses to sale as she does, and she was definitely in it for me and had my best interests at heart. The sale was about being fair and reasonable. It was never about making a whooping; it was just time to let go and I was ready to. When the time comes for future sales, she will be my 'go to'. A very helpful agent. always ready to answer any questions we had and always available . Guiding from the very beginning until the final stages of approval and purchase of the property. He is very highly recommended. Patrick was always there in time to help us understand the real estate business as this is the second time we used a real estate agent to sell the property.

Patrick is one of the best agents we have worked with. He is a great communicator, very knowledgeable and professional with his work. His warm and gentle nature makes the process much easier. He was very helpful in many aspects of the selling process, he helped us to get an excellent landscaping team who were highly efficient in making our garden tidy and clean. He introduced us with a great staging company to present our house the best. With all his good work, our house was sold in 3 weeks time! We cannot recommend him enough!!
