Dean and Alena helped my mother sell her house a few months prior to us listing ours. They helped her so much and made the process very easy for her so it was an easy call for us as to who we wanted to list with. Alena provided us with amazing advice on how to get our house ready to sell, and was incredibly realistic with what we could do with young children. She even bought around a big container filled with cushions, throws, towels, and ornaments etc to stage our house for photos and open homes. When a private viewing was arranged they gave us plenty of warning, and always strived to stay away from the times we fed out children. They spent a good amount of time talking to our 3 year old as well, explaining who they were and why they were helping us sell our house. They gave great tips on how to settle him into the idea of moving as well. Dean and Alena always went above and beyond what was expected of them.
