We were first home sellers and contracted Professionals after looking at a few local agents. We were initially tossing up whether to rent or sell the property and Richelle gave us good guidance for both options. Richelle kept in touch, even though it took us a while to decide to sell. When we made the call we got a new and updated proposal which gave us a really good steer as to how to get the best price, but at the same time giving us a realistic appraisal of the market. Richelle, Angy and the rest of the Professional team did a great job of marketing the property, which was sold in just over 1 month from listing, at a very reasonable price. We had great and professional support from Angy during what turned out to be a very quick sale process. We were a first home seller and needed a lot of help, so it was great to have Angy's guidance from the initial proposal, through the marketing (with some good suggestions for the staging), hosting the open homes and negotiating the offers and sale. We were kept updated on progress, levels of interest and eventually the offers. Angy kept a really positive approach, even when we threw a couple of minor hurdles in her path.
