Lyn was always a cheerful, helpful and supportive "friend". She was willing to share the honest thoughts and helped guide me through the process. Communication was excellent and I always knew where we were up to. She also kept her team members up to date so if, for any reason, she could not make it, someone knowledgeable would. Daniel took us from a brief initial request for information based on a property search with enough local knowledge along with excellent documentation to allow us to target two opportunities. We then set up a site visit to see the properties and wider features. Daniel’s understanding of the Whangārei Heads area and the key decision details of each property allowed us to quickly decide which property to focus on enabling us to make a decision to purchase conditionally on the day.
