Ricky and Jayne were recommended to us. Their presentation was professional showcasing their knowledge of the local market. However what impressed was their promotion of their team. As a result you felt you weren’t only getting their services but the services of their greater team. This was further confirmed when several of their support team rang to introduce themselves once they were appointed Agents. As a result we felt very comfortable dealing with them in regards to their support roles. In a challenging market the property was passed in at Auction. However Ricky and Jayne continued to work with a prospect taking their property to a successful Auction and then bringing us an Offer. Being a deceased estate Ricky and Jayne were aware of what the Executors required to be achieved and worked hard to bring an offer to the table which would be acceptable to them. Anyone can sell a property in a buoyant market but it is those that can bring a sale to a successful conclusion in a flat, challenging market that sets them apart from the rest.
