Michelle and Shane had recently sold the house next door to ours. I was impressed with their professionalism during the sales campaign so decided to engage them to sell 30 Waverley Ave. Right from the start I was impressed with Michele's professionalism and enthusiasm. When we first met at the property, her advice was spot on about the target market for the market. The sales campaign got underway at the beginning of December and by 15 December we had a pre-auction offer! She advised to bring the auction date forward and on the Friday it sold. This was a tremendous result and testimony to the hard work put in by Michelle. The price achieved was above the midpoint of her assessment and above independent valuation advice which I had obtained. The communication throughout the campaign was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle.

From our first meeting, Shane was able to provide a clear and precise summary of the type of purchaser that would be interested in the property. It was getting close to the end of the year and he picked to get it ready for sale before Christmas. The property went live at the beginning of December and a pre-auction offer received on the 15th! and this was on the back of press releases predicting doom and gloom following changes to lending criteria. I also obtained independent valuation advice from a valuer and the sale price was a bit above the midpoint. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the result. Selling a property can be a very stressful time and Shane and Michelle were able to achieve a fantastic result with a minimum of fuss. The communication was excellent throughout the sales campaign. I will certainly recommend Shane and Michelle.

Shane was transparent from the get go. At times when the campaign to sell was showing the impact of the recent slow down, Shane (and Drew) was re-assuring and believed in the plan and was focused on executing it. The end result was that we sold the place in 4 weeks. The communication throughout was daily and always helpful, in terms of both facts and also insights.
