I'm really pleased with Robbie, he did a really really good job. He supported me all the way through. When problems came up he worked out a way to find a solution that worked. With my subdivision he knew a lot about it and knew exactly what to do and when, I couldn't have wished for a better guy to do the job and I'm really pleased with the outcome. I couldn't recommend him highly enough and my next house will be sold by him and I just want to thank Robbie very much cause he's been excellent. I'm really really happy! My brother and I recently sold our late mother’s house - obviously an emotional time for us. Kathryn was experienced enough to realise this. Her advice was spot on - in addition to her deep knowledge of the current market, Kathryn has a high emotional IQ. She is a fine negotiator and managed to squeeze every last dollar out of the buyer. She was always available to answer questions. On the night there were ten houses for auction and we were one of only two to sell at a more than fair price.
