Not sure where to start because we have so many positive things to say about Drew and Dane. We were overseas sellers and engaged with the team from Australia. We had our house in NZ we wanted to sell but needed a smooth process due to not physically being in the country. Drew and Dane kept up amazing communication throughout the campaign and kept us in the loop every step of the way. As you will see Dane has a very calm manner and gentle way on how he communicates. I'm really pleased with Robbie, he did a really really good job. He supported me all the way through. When problems came up he worked out a way to find a solution that worked. With my subdivision he knew a lot about it and knew exactly what to do and when, I couldn't have wished for a better guy to do the job and I'm really pleased with the outcome. My brother and I recently sold our late mother’s house - obviously an emotional time for us. Kathryn was experienced enough to realise this. Her advice was spot on - in addition to her deep knowledge of the current market, Kathryn has a high emotional IQ. She is a fine negotiator and managed to squeeze every last dollar out of the buyer. She was always available to answer questions. On the night there were ten houses for auction and we were one of only two to sell at a more than fair price. I would not hesitate to deal wth Kathryn again and have recommended her to friends. She has an amazing work ethic!
