We completely underestimated how intense the selling process is and I am so happy we chose Teide to do it with! From her strategy to her communication, everything is clear, efficient and high-quality. Teide managed to get 30+ groups for viewings, secured a multi offer situation and we sold within the expected price range in just 3 weeks - all great achievements in this market. We are now unconditional and strongly feel that we got the best possible outcome. But beyond that, Teide made it a great experience. We felt supported and in control throughout the whole process.
