Michael communicated everything. He was always positive, even when we had difficult purchasers to deal with. He went the extra mile to get pen to paper and the best price. Nothing was ever a problem, even when he had to sit in the traffic to drive from the North Shore to Manukau twice a week for open homes. He was also very passionate about the property, which showed in his enthusiasm. I would highly recommend him.
