Would highly recommend Shane, we were very nervous about putting our family home on the market. Shane made us feel comfortable, kept us informed and was always on call to answer questions. Shane has the experience and knowledge of the North shore market he got us the results we wanted and was there to support us following the sale to find our new home.

Having Shane as our estate agent was absolutely worth every penny. From start to a fast finish, his support and advice was always clearly delivered, results were quick and communication was never an issue. He has an affable nature and a vast network which makes the experience hassle-free and a pleasure and all of this was achieved during partial lockdown which makes it even more impressive.

Recently sold my property on the North Shore with Shane in May of this year. From the moment he came to view the property, he was nothing but supportive in getting the place sold and kept us in the loop all the way through. I would thoroughly recommend him for anyone buying or selling a property

On our first meeting Shane took the time to sit with me and explain the current market conditions and what his forecasts were for the next 2-3 months. This enabled me to make a confident decision on how to market my house. He set realistic expectations and didn't over promise, which I appreciated. Shane kept up regular contact with me throughout the sale process, and was cool and calm at the negotiation stage. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone considering sell their house.

Shane was very professional and informative when it came to selling our house. He was very knowledgeable about the market also. It was very stressful selling a home with two young children and trying to keep it tidy for open homes but Shane ensured that everything went smoothly so I did not have to worry about anything. We sold our house very quickly and Shane ensured we got a good price. Overall we were more than happy with the whole experience. Thank you.
