Shane was recommended to us to help sell our house. Shane took the time to understand our goals and gave us practical advice to help market, stage and dress our property for prospective buyers. Shane has top knowledge on market trends and used buyer feedback to help shape our selling strategy and react to the feedback we faced. I appreciated Shane's timely communication and professional approach to selling our home. I would recommend Shane to anyone selling their home.

We had a very successful experience with Shane and Michelle from Ray White Mairangi Bay and were very impressed with the operation from start to finish. A very pleasing result for our family in making a stressful situation as relaxed as possible. Thanks team.

Drew was very helpful and courteous. He is a genuinely nice and honest person who really wants to help. Moving from the South to the North Island is daunting enough. Moving into the Auckland property market even more so, and we dealt with a couple of agents who really put us off and made us feel like we weren't qualified buyers who were up to their standard. Drew was the opposite. We are over the moon. He accommodated us with private viewings and supported us throughout the entire process and ultimately we purchased the house we loved that we inquired to him about when we were still out of town.

Shane worked his socks off and always kept me informed. Not the kind of agent that waits for the property to sell itsself.
