As I have never sold a property before I was apprehensive at the prospect. Peter made me feel like family, taking care to direct me with advice which lead towards the sale of my property within a 2 and 1/2 month period. His fabulous humor and professional attitude made it an absolute pleasure to deal with him. I would highly recommend Peter Driver and the Mike Pero Team if your looking to sell your properties. Wishing the team all the best cheers guys!!

Mark and shelly worked really good together to provide me the information i needed and being only our second house we viewed they helped us around the property and actually showed us enthusiasm about selling us our first house. The service in the office was also good its quite daunting seeing all the paperwork but it was explained as the process went on which made it easy to follow. Best part of this venture was we were in a multi offer situation and i got the phone call from mark informing me of the situation. I said i couldnt do much about it because i was at work and about 5 minutes later he arrived at my work with the paperwork giving us the opportunity to put or best foot forward, so we are gratefull we had that oportunity. Thanks for helping us get through this milestone in life. Really made it easy.

I found Mark and Shelley to be very professional and made the experience of selling a house quite enjoyable rather than daunting. They had a great grasp of the market and this resulted in getting the best price for our property. They were also very helpful when it came to looking for a new home to down size to. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a new home. 10/10

This is the second time dealing with Pete but this time I was selling my home! I wouldn’t go through anyone else!! He has always looked after us and communicates well with honest opinions, and always gives us options. Thank you so much for what you have done for us.

We recently bought and sold through Mark and Shelley. It can be daunting going through the whole process but they made it very easy and enjoyable. Mark managed to sell our house far quicker than we though it would which is a testament to his knowledge of the market. Explained things in a way we could understand, kept the lines of communication open throughout the whole process and showed genuine care with our wants and needs. Very friendly, easy to deal with and exceptional service. We couldn't be happier, highly recommend 👍

It felt only fitting that we asked Pete to sell our house having purchased it through him 5 years ago. Pete was awesome throughout the whole process keeping us informed and up to date at all times. His knowledge and support didn’t go unnoticed! Thank again Pete and the team at Mike Pero!

We found Pete very professional, always available, and knowledgeable about our purchased property. He consistently followed through on what he said he would do. I have a great deal of trust in him both as an agent and a person. I will certainly be using him again in the future. Thanks Pete.
