We would highly recommend Tanya if you were considering selling your home. Her energy has been consistent throughout the sale, and she gave us the support we needed during challenging times. We decided to sell our Bishopdale home to move to Rolleston to be closer to friends, work and enjoy the benefits of a newer home. We met Tanya whilst she was managing the sale of our former Neighbours home (deceased estate). I popped by to have a cheeky look at the home, and I decided to ask Tanya if she would like to manage our sale. She tuned into our silly sense of humor and accepted the "red cowboy hat challenge" (Mike Pero Red). Just to explain, the deal was she got the hat if she got us a sale! I tell you, I never doubted she wouldn't earn that hat! On a serious note, she also reigned us in when we needed to be serious, her professionalism and commitment was never questionable. Soon after inviting Tanya to manage the sale, she called by to give us a valuation, pointed out the shortcomings and benefits of the property. Her valuation was spot on, and we got the exact mid-range value for the property when we completed sale. This was arguably at a time when the market was favoring buyers. If you are looking for a really good guy to help you through your property sale, Christian O'Malley is your man - make sure you get his excellent colleague Chris Day onboard too if you can. We were fortunate enough to have both manage the sale of our family home. They made what could have been a very difficult process exceedingly easy. They are both pros. In a situation that was extremely sensitive, marketing and selling a property that had been the site of a recent family tragedy, and was subject to high media interest, Christian was both thorough but understanding of the circumstances, and his communications to us as the vendor, and to potential buyers was top notch. Apart from his undoubted market knowledge, especially in the field of 'As is, where is' which is the category, our property fell into, his skill with potential buyers and high energy was impressive. While the home was in a premium location, Christian undoubtedly - along with Chris - was a major factor in achieving for us a very good result. Christian is a really good bloke whom I enjoyed dealing with.
