I found Wayne to be very honest about all the houses he showed us ...he offered a few houses he thought we might like ...we saw alot of houses for sale, and we were happy when we saw his name next to them ....when we found the house that we bought, he wasvery keen to do all he could to make certain that we were the one to get the house ....the last 3 houses I have brought it's only taken me a few minutes to know this is the one ...so the paper work was done before we had even left the house on the first view. We would highly recommend Kate Lamont to sell any property. From the first phone communication she was friendly, enthusiastic, motivated and very prompt with a thorough market appraisal. She recommended how best to market our property and the sale method. Her and Warrick held several open homes and kept us updated with how the sale was proceeding. Our property was suited to many potential buyers and Kate was able to interact with all of them professionally and always aiming for the best result for us. This sale was completed for us during a period of illness so we have never met Kate personally however from our first conversation we knew we could trust her, rely on her to complete the sale and act in our best interests.
