Martin was instrumental in helping us secure our first home. We saw Martin on the open home day and his communication since that day till the purchase was completed was very good. His personable nature and approachable communication style made is really easy for us to deal with him. There was an instance where Martin had wrongly conveyed some information to us, but he was quick to apologize and accepted responsibility for that. Taking accountability for his actions made us trust him even more. He is an awesome real estate agent who knows what he is talking about and is really good at what he does. Right from the start Martin gave me realistic expectations as what to expect in the current market and he achieved that on my behalf. He had prospective buyers through the house constantly and an offer on the table before the house actually went to market.
