Kaikoura is a small town with many higher priced homes competing for the small pool of buyers. Melissa is bright and outgoing, very enthusiastic and really pleasant to deal with. She is always easy to contact, happy to take input from her clients and great at following up. Despite a couple of near misses, Melissa never lost her confidence and assured us the house was well priced and that we would get a result.
