Vance has a great understanding of the local market, and how to position your property for a sale. He is professional in how approaches his work, and is more than willing to go the extra mile to help sellers complete a sale. He has great communication skills, is relaxed and easy going, yet focused on ensuring the best outcome with all parties in mind - completing a sale/purchase. As a seller I was impressed that he was able to meet tradespeople, and handle many of the little things that can be more challenging as an out-of-area seller. We experienced Scott as a knowledgeable, polite and capable agent. He was loyal to the vendor, but made all information available that we asked for. He pointed out the property's strong points, but also that what could have been better. He was very accommodating and patient and came across as a man that can be trusted. When he didn't have an answer, he made work to get it as soon as possible. Very professional, but also very approachable. We will gladly recommend him.

I got my house listed right before lock down, so the market was not good after the Alert level reduced to Level 1. During that time, Scott consistently followed up with potential buyers and brought them to come and view either in private viewing or open homes. We got 2 offers but not good enough, so Scott continuously monitor the situation and advised me what actions need to be taken to increase the chance for a sale. Finally we got reasonable offer and Scott was good to push it to the end. I would recommend to use him as your agent as he is professional, trustful and hardworking.
