It was good that you kept us up to date with what was going on and that we could keep in touch by text and email and phone without any difficulty . Nobody else has looked after us so well in 50 years of buying and selling houses. The (free) dishwasher was a great idea to fill the unsightly under-bench gap, and arranging the cleaner for us was much appreciated, too.
