We were very happy with Mike's market knowledgeand communication. From appraisal and follow ups on market conditions over the months before listing through to listing and marketing of the house and subsequent sale. Mike kept us up to date and we'll informed of what was going on with both our own house and the market right up till sale. His communication in a downwards market ment that nothing caught us off guard and we were able to plan and make decisions accordingly. After sale there has still been a high level of communication and with settlement this Friday it looks due to go off without a hitch. Very happy and would highly recommend Mike Bell to anyone.

David is a true professional, he is extremely polite, unassuming, respectful and loves a challenge. He skillfully negotiated our the sale of our property to get the amount we wanted. I purchased a property off Kara in Parakai and we had problems with settlement of another buyer about 4 steps down. It took 6 days to settle and Kara went above and beyond to try and hurry things up. She conversed with my agent and another agent to try and make amends. I cannot rate Kara high enough for the effort and work she puts in! She was way more than just an agent trying to sell a house. She did everything possible to help with an unsettling experience of having a late settlement.
