We have purchased and sold houses a few times now so have experience on both sides of the process. After selling our last house our experience with Scott was as the agent for the house we were trying to purchase. This particular purchase was not your typical one, there were so many complications including CCC issues, deceased estate and body corps. There is absolutely no way this sale would have gone through if it were not for Scott. His communication was incredible, his professionalism was outstanding, His demeanor gave us so much confidence and trust. He was extremely knowledgeable, patent, responsive and nothing was ever a problem. This sale took almost a year and Scott never waivered. The vendors honestly have no idea just how far above and beyond Scott went in order to get this sale through. If it were not for his incredible dedication we would have just moved on to something a little less complicated but how could we when we had someone like Scott working so hard for us and the vendors. If you were selling your house you couldn't have a better agent in your corner. Knowing how hard they look after your potential buyers to get the deal done is what you want. All the way through he stayed loyal to the vendors while holding our trust 100% that he was also staying honest with us, That is all we wanted as a buyer but yet we got so much more. Part council inspector, part rental agent, part real estate agent, mentor and now friend. Thankyou Scott you really are one in a million mate and anyone looking for an agent, honestly.... I was a little overwhelmed with the process of selling my first home and am so glad I chose Kate and Aritzo to step me through it. The Arizto online system is very cool and made the whole process very simple and efficient. Kate herself was fantastic! She constantly provided feedback and recommendations when getting my home ready for listing. We had many open homes, she scheduled FOUR in one week to cater for the high amount of interest. We had 9 viewings in 19 days, resulting in 8 offers at deadline and a better price than we ever could have imagined! Our house sold quite quickly. Why? Good presentation and a popular location certainly helped. However, without Kathryn and her professionalism, the result may have been totally different. We rate her very highly - excellent communicator - approachable - very determined. We would we use Kathryn again? Yes, we definitely would!
